Surgery

Just kissed Calv good-bye and handed him to the anesthesiologist. Surgery will last about 3 hours.

Thankful for family that is caring for our other kids…and giving them a wonderful camping experience.

Thankful for a beautiful facility.

Thankful for competent, qualified and caring professionals.

Thankful for Darryl and his faithful love and care to all of us. When the nurse gave asked which one of us would wear the parent bracelet Darryl proudly stuck out his arm. She laughed and said we were different than 99% of all the couples that came through…usually the man makes the momma wear it! Not this proud dad. There’s nothing more romantic than a man willing to give everything for his family.

Thankful to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His great love continues to transform our live and hearts. We long for the day we shall see His face.

Thankful for the complete peace and rest we have in His sufficiency this morning. Even if world falls apart again HE IS HERE. He delights in us, cares for us, loves us. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
